Like I mentioned before, you need to unleash the power of directories. I just got a response from a post that I put out on guru.com I believe. Anyways, take a look at your industry, whether you’re in sewing or surfboarding or digital marketing, whatever it may be.

How it’s done

So what you can do is look at all of the available directories where people are looking for freelancers and agencies, look at all the directories that you can list on and build up a spreadsheet. You can start with the site with the most users first and put a profile on them, then optimize that profile, try and pitch on that profile etc.

Sooo look at all of the directories, that there are and start listening and building out optimized profiles on that directory. At worst it will have a good SEO benefit, you’ll increase your page 1 domination for branded SEO etc, but seriously, build out those directories.

I’ve got work from Craigslist, Gumtree, up work, people per hour and so on, so make sure you get this guys because this can be very beneficial. Ok, that’s it for me, I’m out of time, talk to you tomorrow!
