What’s up guys? Welcome to another 60-second growth hacks session for you guys that are part of this group six they get agency secrets. So, today I want to talk about the fact that everyone underestimates, (well not everyone, but you understand where I’m going with this), people underestimate the quantity of work that you need to do to actually get the results that you’re looking for.

One of the biggest things, for example, I’ve had to hire twelve writers literally to get to two amazing writers. I’ve had a huge burn rate and you learn from every failure that you have. The only real way to succeed with your agency/business in a way that will compound over time is to put in ten times the amount of activity to get three or four times the result.

It’s not just about quality it’s about quantity, the fact that I’m doing these videos daily means I’m gonna improve my skills, gonna prove my delivery, I’m gonna build that consistency to then get the result that I want. So build that quantity.
