Paint and build a picture and vision of the future!
What will the future actually look like? How rosey is it going to be? What is it that you can deliver?
Show them and give them that Emotional Certainty that “Yep! Deepak, Billy, George, Frank, Richard”, that your agency and you are the only man, team, woman, company for the job! Listen, as much as it’s about Logical Certainty, it’s also about emotional certainties. 
Also, make sure that they are emotionally sure that you’re the person that’s going to take them to that next level!
