Expect To Operate In A Vacuum

Welcome back guys to another 60-second Growth hack. So today I want to talk about the reality, you need to expect it to be lonely, you need to expect to operate in a vacuum, you need to expect that most people are going to let you down.

Because of this, you could kind of become hardened to it in that you take what everyone says to you with a pinch of salt. Of course, you hope for best but the reality is that most people are going to let you down.

Most people are going to claim massive delivery and then under deliver, most people are going to talk about this vision of the future where we’re talking about sales, or talking about hiring, or joint ventures or anything for that matter, even the creation of this Facebook group.

What to do

The only key metric is execution! Look for people that execute, look for people to get things done, whether this is hiring if you’re hiring on Upwork etc.

Look for examples of massive activity and that will be one of the key indicators to then project whether that person will deliver but expect the past to be lonely. So toughen up guys.
