The 2 Strike Rule When Hiring & Firing

Guys, when you’re working with people, and I made this mistake a lot and I don’t want you to make the same mistake as me. Give people what I call the two strike rule. You don’t need three strikes okay when you’re working with someone you give them two strikes.

If they don’t approve something within those two strikes you probably should not work with that person. You should get rid of that person from within your business or within your organization because they’re costing you money. πŸ’ΈπŸ’Έ

What do I mean even by a strike?πŸ€” I mean if someone says they’re gonna get you something in an hour and they end up taking six hours that’s a strike!πŸ™…‍♂️ I mean if you want someone to set up or log into their work account and then you see that they’re not logged in something as simple as that within one day and you know it takes three (3) minutes that’s another strike!πŸ™…‍♂️ When someone tells you “okay cool, I’m gonna get this to you by X-time” and they don’t that’s a strike!πŸ™…‍♂️

So look for these examples of micro failures because it’s a very clear indication most of the time of how it’s going to be working with that person as you scale up, get that person out of your organization. πŸšͺ🚢‍♂️
