Today we’re talking about authenticity, it’s really important to embrace who you are. I had a business partner when I just started out that was from a much more middle-class background than me. He had a particular vision that’s really reflective of the kind of person he is.

He spoke a lot more like “this”(a proper speech pattern), he is a kind of person that likes wearing suits, he had an office, a particular vision and brand that really didn’t meld well with the kind of “Dell boy and Rodney”, very much working-class kind of person than I am, that I’ve been.

It’s the reason that my partner loves me, so embrace who you are and be authentic with the people that you’re working with and who you’re delivering to because you will find your tribe!

You will find your tribe and actually, you can carve a name for yourself. Now you’ve heard it before and you probably think that you’re always worried but it’s also about pushing through worry and just trying and doing that which is reflective of who you are.

It will allow you to become that much more productive because you’ll stop worrying and be like “let me just be myself.” So it’s day 26, be yourself by literally being yourself. let’s get it!
