Go Where The Richest People Are │ 6 Figure Agency Secrets Day 2 Pearl Lemon

Welcome back to day two of the 6 Figure Agency Secrets chronicles. Today I’d love to talk to you about Going where the richest people are online. 💻💰

When you have knowledge such as ways in which you can earn more money, why not share it? This is why I’ve decided to share this information with you because it makes no sense to keep this gold all to myself.

A famous person (whoever they are) once said that “When in Rome, Do what the Romans do”. You may not exactly be around rich people 27/7 (“Rome”), but you get what I mean. Emulating the habits and mindset of certain people can prove to be quite useful in your life.

Linkedin 💼

Across all of the social platforms, if you’re serving businesses or people that are B to B to C or B to B to B, then the best place for you would be LinkedIn. Look at the statistics, not the actual amount of users but the average salary per user on that platform.

People with money are on LinkedIn, they live on LinkedIn, they exist on LinkedIn to seek and also dominate 💪 on LinkedIn.

My highest paying clients at the point of recording this today, they pay four thousand pounds (£4000)💶 per month and that comes from LinkedIn. 💪

My second biggest client pays me three thousand pounds (£3000)💶 per month and this person also comes from LinkedIn. I want you to now guess where’s my third biggest client? Bingo! It’s LinkedIn!

As you can see, the people with money are typically on Linkedin. Of course there are other Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, but think of Linkedin as the Facebook for big business people who’re ready to invest in your business. Go where the richest people are, seek to fucking dominate on LinkedIn. Go there first!

See you tomorrow. 👋

How We Create Your Bespoke SEO Strategy 🍋

Your SEO strategy can be enough to really drive your sales through the roof. There are couple of considerations when we think about your SEO strategy and what it ultimately means for your website.

The Complexity of the Actual Market 😵

If your website has a mobile app that has multiple products and multiple stores in the space, then there will be complexities of e-commerce to consider where is your traffic coming from.

If we’re looking at a strategy for local-based SEO, where are you on the curve of complexity?

What we mean by that is this: Going optimally from page 52 to page 40 is a lot easier than going from page 20 to page 10 from going to page 10 from going to page 1. Sounds confusing?

It’s like the famous book from Jack Welch From Good to Great which speaks to going from a standing start to getting some points on the board. This is an excellent place to be in because you can get traction relatively quickly and one of these factors come into play when we’re determining the appropriate strategy for your business.

Then there’s other things to consider:

What is your competition doing? 🤔

How are they building links? 🔗

What is their strategy? 🤓

What industry are you in? 👔

If you’re in the the payday loans industry for example, it’s massively competitive of course. So what can you do that your competitors aren’t doing? How well can you build with a strategy that’s going to really work for you commercially?

These are all of the parts that become important as deciding what the SEO strategy should be.

Where Do We Come In? 🍋

If you already have a high-traffic website, then what can we do in terms of conversion rate optimization get more people over the finish line in terms of what’s already happening on your website.

Looking at your kind of sources of traffic, if we check out Google’s search console and see where the visitors come from in terms of country, device, page loads, all of these have implications upon the way that we should build your actual SEO strategy.

The great thing is there’s lots of things that we need to do in terms of the infrastructural SEO setup, making sure that your social profiles are built out, making sure that we’ve got a platform that we can work from assuming you’ve got all of your citations in place.

This also works with local Directories such as Google Business, Yelp, Angie’s List, wherever it that you may be on.

Also, any country that you may be operating in, we’ll ensure that we build these things, as well as have some systems and structures in place related to online reputation management and the production of regular content in accordance with what you’re actually doing on your website.

We’re talking about planned updates for your store!

🍋 Are you going to be releasing new products?

🍋 Are you going to be releasing new services?

🍋 Are you going to be rolling back products?

How do we actually build in light of all of these things to determine a really cohesive and ultimately thorough and successful SEO strategy to drive your business into the Stratosphere?

Our goal is building a strategy for you that we will adjust based upon Google algorithmic updates where your competition ends up doing how the market reacts to the changes.

It’s really about getting data-driven and scientific, determining what is actually going to drive your business towards success. 😎

What we want for you is to build a strategy that’s specific but also adaptable, flexible and in line with all of these things that come up along the way with the same end goal that we drive new business, new growth and new users to your company.

We want to have with you is what we always intend to deliver and we love this stuff! We want to over-deliver so let’s talk about your SEO strategy and how the future would look like for your business if you determine that strategy with Pearl Lemon. 🍋

App Store Optimisation

Got a cool new App released in the App Store? Then you might want to direct your attention to App Store Optimisation (ASO). This is basically the process of getting your app to have a great rank in the App Store’s search results.

What I found quite interesting is that:

65% of App Store downloads from Apple apparently come from search queries 🤯

That statistic should underline how important App Store optimization and General Optimization is.

There is a significant link inside your Android or your iOS app via the actual descriptions. Various aspects of Optimization in General come into play here:The Keywords, App Store Localization about Country-Level searches, Country-Level Downloads, Organic Installs, Retention, etc.

SEO and How it All Comes Together 🌐

All of these things fall deeply within the realms of SEO, plus Conversion Rate Optimisation.  ↪

These aspects all integrate with one another from the initial organic search to retention and we’ve worked on several sites that have apps with several App Store businesses to really drive new growth.

App Store Optimization also has to do with thinking about your keyword weighting, targeting, how Google will index these things, where you can build links for an app or how you set up the referral links from your actual main website.

These come into play when we’re considering the space of App Store optimization and we’ve helped as part of organic traffic campaigns to really drive in the space of tens of downloads with mobile apps.

Optimization is is something that’s critically important and what we could do to make sure that you can increase your organic presence is critically stress the  importance of ASO.

We’d absolutely love to work with you on determining, defining and planning a roadmap with a hierarchy of all of the things that we need to consider as part of the implementation process to ensure that you get the best returns from your ASO! 🍋

Act Like A Solopreneur But Look Like A Company

Welcome to the first in a series of Daily 60-second growth-hacks. So today’s growth-hacks is about acting like a solopreneur but looking like a company. So what do I mean by that I mean that? 🤔

Well, it means that there’s gonna be a limitation upon the amount that you’re able to charge when you want to go from $100 to $1,000 to $5,000 💰 and I know a business person like you wants to grow your company beyond this level.

Certain levels of businesses will not work with a solopreneur because you won’t have the bandwidth to cover it and even if indeed you do, you will have a team of contractors who operate like full-time employees or virtual assistants or white labels or outsources👷, however it may be, as long as you can deliver and you need to also look like you can deliver. 🕴 You know what they say “the first impressions are lasting” and you want people to believe you’re awesome from the get-go.

So act like a solopreneur that way, when you get into those conversations people want to feel like they’ve got a good personal relationship, they want to feel like there’s a team to support you, but you need to look like a company online.🏢 So guys, make sure that you have your Trustpilot you, your Glassdoor, your people riding and raving about you (like they should).

I can’t stress this enough guy, so don’t forget “Act like a solopreneur, look like a company” see you tomorrow. 👋

Put Your Business On The Map With International SEO | SEO Services At Pearl Lemon 🍋

SEO can really get your company’s reputation going. If you’re thinking about finding an agency to work with you on your international SEO then we’d absolutely love to discuss Pearl Lemon coming onboard.

Why Pearl Lemon For International SEO?

Honestly, there are a million reasons why we’re great but we know that most people get bored from having to read a ton of stuff so we’re giving you a few:

We’ve got GeoTargeting! 🗺

We’ve got several clients right now that have multi-language websites because we deal with the basic course of geo-targeting.

Geo-targeting is ultimately the process of optimizing your different language stores or sites to rank and work locally.

We’ve also country code top-level domains, subdomains and all of these other variations in terms of multiple sitemaps. 🗺

This begs the questions: When you have different language sites, how is it they all work together? How can they all function together? How can they all come together equally? 😕

You may be looking at a site that’s in a foreign language, but we work with websites that don’t even have English as one of the options!

We can Also Keep Your Overall Website in Check!☑

We work with the technical infrastructure and how different issues should be dealt with in terms of the actual site overall. 💻

From the keyword research strategy to the rollout strategy, it really depends what you’re looking for.

If you’re looking for an international SEO service or if you’re just looking for a business that has worked with a lot of international websites and people all over the world – we’re exactly what you need!

We’re Extremely Diverse! 🌍🌏🌎

After all, we’re a distributed team, as our group consists of individuals who reside as far as the western hemisphere!

In fact, we’ve probably got more clients outside of the UK. I’m in London right now but just on first thought, we’ve got Israeli, French, Danish, Swiss and of course, English-speaking countries.

Therefore if you’re looking for a partner to help you through anything that relates to International SEO or just generally looking for a team that you could trust, we’d absolutely love to work with you!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this!

Top SEO Trends to Watch in 2019: What They Are and Why You Should Care

It’s 2019. Lots of new stuff to look forward to. And one thing that has not changed. SEO keeps changing, every day, and not just because Google seems to keep shifting the goalposts but because web users are changing the way they search for information and their preferences about what they want to see. So, even though you may have read a half a dozen articles recently about how SEO is dying (someone writes one of those at least once a week. According to some SEO has been dying since 2010 (or maybe 2009) and here it is still going strong…

While no one can quite predict what Google and the other search engines might have in store for 2019 there are some definite trends that you should not only be keeping an eye on but actively working on in order to ‘win’ at SEO in 2019 and get your website into the best possible position to do its job. Here is a look at some of the most important of them.

Think E.A.T

Last year, in August, Google unleashed one of their famous (notorious?) “broad core algorithm updates” and it quickly had quite an impact. Rand Fishkin of MOZ nicknamed it Google Medic, not because it seemed to impact healthcare sites more than others (which, despite what you might have read it really didn’t) but it certainly did seem to indicate that Google was worried about content quality again.

Many SEO experts are speculating that Google’s broad core algorithm update – whatever you want to call it – has something to do with a more advanced ability to evaluate how much websites are meeting the company’s E-A-T standards. Not to be confused with culinary expectations, this acronym stands for Expertise – Authoritativeness – Trustworthiness. After the August update, as Twitter was flooded with worried web owners wondering how this would impact their SEO, Google’s Search Liaison Danny Sullivan wrote: “Want to do better with a broad change? Have great content.” It’s as simple as that.

And it seems it really is. Good, engaging content that offers real value and can back up any assertions and advice it gives with verifiable expertise and facts. So in 2019, the focus of your content marketing efforts should be on producing the highest possible quality content you can, even if it means producing a little less of it (for example, one really great 1,000 word post every two weeks instead of three 350 word blogs a week)

Get Ready for Voice Search

Do you have an Amazon Echo or Google Home in your home or office? Do you use them – or Siri or Cortana on your phone? If you don’t you are rapidly becoming part of a minority as voice search has exploded over the last 12-18 months.

As more people use the spoken, rather than the typed, word to search for all kinds of information the way you optimize your website for voice search has to change too. As clever as they are AIs draw their information from search engine listings, just like you do.

But they are reacting to spoken queries, queries that make use of different language than written searches do.

One of the best ways to do this is to include LSI (long tailed) keywords that better reflect human speech. And many will be in the form of questions. Not sure how to do that? Sites like Quora can be very helpful as they reflect the way people ask questions about all kinds of topics and these answers can be a great resource for the kinds of LSI keywords you need to rank higher in voice search.

Optimize for Featured Snippets

In addition to optimizing for your own website, you must also optimize for the Google search experience in 2019. Answer boxes, recipes, the knowledge graph and carousels are taking bigger and bigger bites out of the rates of organic traffic that even the top web pages on page one of a Google search gain if they are not featured in one of these new ‘searcher friendly’ innovations.

Achieving these positions is not easy, it can be a complicated process that takes more than a little bit of work, especially as, as usual, Google have revealed very little about how they choose featured snippets and content for their mobile carousels. It’s certainly something we’ve been working on at Pearl Lemon for our clients over the last twelve months so if you are interested in getting your content into those ‘hot spots’ in 2019 feel free to give us a call.

Get Technical

A lot is talked about, written about and discussed about off site SEO and the use of keywords, rich media etc to create search engine and user friendly content. What is discussed far less often is ensuring that your website itself is friendly to those parties as well, and that, in 2019, means getting a little more technical than ever before.

A website that has a great technical SEO profile has worked on a lot of different things (which is why, we assume, Google rewards these sites in the SERPs) Not sure what’s going on with your site behind the scenes or where you should even start when trying to make things better, therefore giving your SEO efforts – and your website’s effectiveness – a huge boost? A technical SEO audit is the answer.

What should such an audit cover? In 2019 these factors and more:

A check for Google penalties (many site owners have never done this)

  • A check on how a website’s pages are currently appearing in search
  • A check of your permalink structure and how friendly your urls really are.
  • A check of the security levels of your website
  • Checking and optimizing robots txt files
  • Checking content for SEO friendly elements like H1, H2 headings, images with alt text etc.
  • Checking basic site navigation and for page errors and bad redirects
  • Checking for broken links
  • Checking for toxic backlinks from other sites

All sounds like a lot? It kind of is, but there are a lot of great tools aout there to help you – SEMRush and Ahrefs are just two of the resources we use and can recommend – and if you need help the technical SEO team here at Pearl Lemon are always willing to step in and take this rather large undertaking off your hands.

These are just a few of the trends we are seeing right now for SEO in 2019. As the year progresses there will certainly be many more. And while Google – and SEO – are unpredictable sometimes the one thing that is not is that the Pearl Lemon team will be on top of them all, so check back here frequently for the latest news, trends and tips all year long.
